The Office of the Assistant Director (Senior) Local Government and Rural Development Department, District Tank, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed tenders for uplifting and beautification activities under seven separate work packages. This is a single-stage, two-envelope procurement conducted through EPADS for government contractors registered with PEC and enlisted with C&W Department under the Centralized Enlistment Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government, covering the financial year 2025-26. Eligible contractors and firms must submit technical and financial proposals through the online EPADS system (www.eprocure.gov.pk) as well as hard copy sealed envelopes to the District Tank office. Bid security is required at two percent of estimated cost, payable as call deposit in favor of the Assistant Director Senior Local Government and RDD Headquarter District Tank. All applicable taxes will be recovered as per government directives, and the contractor must perform all material testing and testing on demand of the procuring entity.
