Description / Scope of Work
The Government Post Graduate College for Women, Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids for the procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of a 15kVA Hybrid Solar System to be funded from the college pupil fund. This single-stage single-envelope tender is conducted under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules. The project scope encompasses complete supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the hybrid solar system at the college campus in Mardan, KPK.
Eligible bidders must be registered with KPPRA with active status, hold valid FBR registration with NTN certification, and provide proof of the bidder's name on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A bid security of Rs 50,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a Scheduled Bank is required. Bidders must also submit an affidavit from an Oath Commissioner confirming no previous contract termination due to default, unsatisfactory performance or breach of contract, and documentary evidence of successful completion of similar projects within the last five years.
Tender documents are available from the office of the undersigned during working hours. Bids must be submitted via registered post or courier service and must reach the Principal's office on or before 8 October 2026 by 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Hand-delivered bids are not acceptable. All quotations must carry authorized signatures of the bidder with official stamp on each page.
