Deputy Commissioner Office Haripur invites electronic bids through the EPADS portal for a framework contract covering the supply of multiple categories of goods and services for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement encompasses six distinct packages: stationery items, machinery and equipment, computer hardware and IT equipment, solar system installation, routine items, and printing services. All bidding shall be conducted following the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure as prescribed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms and suppliers must provide copies of their CNIC, NTN or Active Taxpayer Certificate, and a certificate or affidavit confirming that the organisation is not blacklisted by any client or by KPPRA. The affidavit document is mandatory for all submissions. Bidders choosing to participate must quote all items listed in the chosen package as outlined in the official bidding documents; partial quotations will result in bid rejection. Bid Security must be submitted separately for each package in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt made payable to the Deputy Commissioner Haripur.
Bidding documents are available on the EPADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/. Bids must be submitted electronically by 08 October 2026 at 10:30 AM. The Procurement Committee will open all bids on the same date at 11:30 AM in the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (Finance and Planning) in Haripur. Hand-submitted bids will not be accepted. Bidders must provide complete information including postal address, email address, and valid telephone numbers on their bid envelope along with the package name. The issuing authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with applicable procurement rules.
