TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BULK LOCAL PURCHASE OF PVMS / LAB KIT / NIV / NIF MEDICAL STORE ITEMS FOR FY 2026-27

The Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Okara in Okara, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the bulk local purchase of PVMS, lab kits, NIV, and NIF medical store items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement cycle covers the period from 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2027, during which offered rates must remain valid and unchanged. The scope of supply includes genuine brands of drugs and medical store items, as physician samples or substitutes are strictly prohibited. Interested suppliers and authorized distributors must provide comprehensive documentation including valid drug licenses, NTN, sales tax registration, and professional tax certificates. Additionally, a refundable Call Deposit Receipt of 50,000 Rupees in favor of the Commandant CMH Okara is required. All supplied items must feature a non-erasable stamp for hospital use and maintain a minimum shelf life of two years from the date of delivery.
