M-20 Medicines Procurement by Social Security Hospital Sargodha

Social Security Hospital Sargodha invites bids through the E-Procurement System for the annual procurement of M-20 medicines exclusively for Sargodha stores during the financial year 2026-27. The estimated contract value is Rs 7,50,000. The procurement is on FOR basis at the consignee's end (SSH, Sargodha) and is open to pharmaceutical manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals, suppliers, distributors, firms, wholesale distributors and service providers registered with the E-Procurement System and PPRA. Firms blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI/SSH Sargodha are ineligible to participate.

Eligible bidders must submit bid security equal to 2% of the total estimated cost exclusively through The Bank of Punjab in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order. The original bid security must be physically submitted to the Medical Superintendent's office on or before the closing date and time. Scanned copies must be uploaded on the E-Procurement System along with the e-bid. Failure to submit original bid security within the prescribed time renders the bid liable to rejection. The bidding follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014.

Interested bidders can download the e-bidding documents with detailed specifications from PPRA, PESSI websites and the E-Procurement System. E-bids must be uploaded by 11 August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Procurement is governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the tender at any stage per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
