LP Medicine and Surgical Disposable Items Framework Contract FY 2026-27

THQ Hospital Kahror Pacca invites electronic bids for the procurement of medicine and surgical disposable items for LP (Lot 1) through a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated contract value is PKR 12 million, with a completion deadline of 30 June 2027. This procurement is for essential medical supplies required to support hospital operations and patient care delivery in Kahror Pacca, Punjab. The bidding process follows the Punjab e-Procurement System and is conducted as per rule 38(2)(a) of PPR-2014, employing a single-stage two-envelope procedure to ensure transparent and competitive procurement of critical healthcare items.

Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and tax departments, holding professional tax certificates for FY 2026-27 from the Excise and Taxation Department and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. All electronic bids must be accompanied by scanned bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated lot cost, submitted in the form of CDR, Pay Order or similar instruments prior to closing of tender submission. No physical financial instruments such as CDR or bank guarantees will be accepted; all bid security must be submitted through the e-procurement platform. Bidders engaged in trading, supply, manufacture or any combination thereof are welcome to participate provided they meet registration and tax compliance requirements.

Bidding documents are available for immediate download from the Punjab e-Procurement System portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ and from the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk without any cost or expense to bidders. Electronic bids must be submitted online via the e-procurement system by 11 August 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM. The original bid security instrument must be submitted to the office of the Medical Superintendent before bid submission closure.
