GMC Hilal Garrison Kirana Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed quotations from well-reputed and registered firms, suppliers and distributors for the supply of medicines, laboratory kits, reagents and disposable items on a daily LP (lowest price) contract basis for the financial year 2026-27. This is a recurring annual supply contract for critical medical consumables required for the garrison's medical store operations. The tender is open to suppliers offering maximum rebate on trade price for the specified items. Interested bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and possess valid credentials to supply pharmaceutical and medical items.
Bidders must submit original CDR (bid security) of Rs 3,00,000 in the form of a bank draft favouring the Medical Officer in-charge. Technical and financial bid forms must be submitted separately in sealed envelopes, with financial bids on the firm's official letterhead. Eligible suppliers must provide company profile with managerial staff details, valid CNIC copies of the owner, passport-sized photographs, blacklisting affidavit, bank statements for the last six months, fresh police verification, security clearance from Defence Organization if applicable, valid tax certificates (retail drug license, sales tax, income tax, professional tax), FBR registration certificate, active tax payer status, and external audit details. Affidavit on Rs 50 stamp paper confirming compliance with Drug Act 1976 and Government Rules is mandatory.
Tender documents costing Rs 2000 (non-refundable) as bank draft can be collected from the medical store office during working hours after publication. The last date for submission of both hard and soft copy quotations is 30 September 2025 at 1030 hours. Quotations will be opened the same day at 1100 hours in the presence of participants or their representatives at GMC HG Cantt. The Medical Officer in-charge reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation as per PPRA Rules.
