Description / Scope of Work
The Office of Provincial Election Commissioner, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar invites prequalification applications from national suppliers for a closed framework agreement to procure stationery and miscellaneous items. This is reference number FFW9682, funded from non-ADP sources. The framework agreement will facilitate on-demand supply of stationery and miscellaneous items through subsequent call-off contracts over a twelve-month period commencing November 3, 2026. Invitations to bid will be issued to prequalified applicants on September 21, 2026, with the framework agreement to be signed with successful bidders on November 3, 2026.
The prequalification process is open to all national applicants meeting the eligibility requirements specified in the prequalification documents. Applicants must demonstrate financial capacity and past experience in supplying similar goods. Specific bid security requirements and qualification criteria are detailed in the framework data sheet and eligibility sections of the tender documents.
Applications must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 (electronic procurement system) on or before October 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with electronic opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day.
