Description / Scope of Work
The Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research (NSICT&R) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for a framework contract regarding the procurement of pain killers for the financial year 2025-2026. This invitation is extended to manufacturers, sole agents, and sole importers of foreign principals who are engaged in trading medicines, drugs, and surgical disposables. The estimated cost of this procurement project is 114,944,000 Rupees. Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) and with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments. The bidding process will follow a single-stage two-envelope procedure as per PPR-2014 regulations. Interested firms are required to provide a bid security amounting to 1% of the estimated cost in the form of a Bank Draft, Call Deposit Receipt, or Pay Order. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 10:00 AM on 19 May 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day at King Edward Medical University.
