Description / Scope of Work
A public sector organization based in Chashma, Mianwali District, Federal Province, invites sealed tenders on FOR basis in local currency for the supply of multiple store items across six separate tender lots. The procurement includes MS drums with 200-liter capacity, MS sheets, plates and circular discs, HVAC air filters, and three chemical products: nitric acid (60% W/W), formaldehyde (30% W/W), and caustic soda solution (50% W/W). Individual tender references range from 03/2026 to 08/2026, with tender fees ranging from Rs 1,000 to Rs 3,000 per lot. The opening dates are scheduled for 20 October 2026 and 21 October 2026 at staggered times throughout the day.
Eligible bidders must be reputed firms, stockists, wholesale dealers, proprietors or manufacturers duly registered with the Sales Tax Department, possessing their own office with functional telephone numbers. Tender documents must be obtained from the office of the Head (Procurement) during office hours by submitting a non-refundable tender fee as a Bank Draft or Pay Order in favour of Head LAO, P.O. Box No. 5, Chashma, Distt: Mianwali. The organization reserves the right to reject tenders from blacklisted firms or those with poor previous response history.
Tenders must be received 30 minutes before the respective opening time. Complete specifications, quantities, terms and conditions are provided in the tender documents.
