The Syed Muhammad Hussain Samli Hospital and Nawaz Sharif Cardiology Centre in Murree, Punjab invites electronic bids for the bulk purchase of medical supplies on a framework contract basis for the 2026-27 financial year. The scope of work encompasses the procurement of medicines, surgical disposables, dental items, and laboratory kits and chemicals. Well-reputed and experienced firms registered with GST and Income Tax authorities are eligible to apply. The procurement follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure governed by Punjab Procurement Rules and the e-PADS system. A mandatory bid security of 2 percent of the total quoted items value in the form of a call deposit or bank guarantee must be provided. While bids are submitted electronically, the original bid security must be physically submitted to the purchase office before the closing time. Detailed bidding documents and demand lists are available through the PPRA Punjab website. All electronic proposals must be submitted via the e-PADS portal by 10:30 AM on 12 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 11:00 AM the same day.
