The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) in Jhang, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the provision of petroleum, oil, and lubricants (POL) through a petrol pump for its vehicles, generators, and various installations. This procurement is aimed at maintaining operational efficiency for agency assets. Interested contractors, firms, manufacturers, or authorized dealers must hold a valid permanent OGRA license for petrol, diesel, and mobile oil, and be registered with the FBR and PRA. The bidding process will follow a single stage two envelope procedure conducted via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS). The total estimated cost of the project is approximately 67.1 million Rupees, and all bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1,343,000 Rupees, representing two percent of the estimated cost. Original bid security instruments must be submitted to the Office of the Deputy Managing Director (O&M) on Kachehri Road. All technical and financial proposals must be uploaded in PDF format to the e-PADS portal no later than 03:00 PM on 08 May 2026.
