Description / Scope of Work
Police College Sihala, located in Rawalpindi, Punjab, invites sealed competitive bids for the procurement of miscellaneous other items for the financial year 2026-27, valid until 30 June 2027. The tender covers a broad range of supplies and services including surveillance equipment, hot and cold food items, office and computer stationery, rifle oil and weapon equipment, training aids, sports and gymnasium items, machinery and equipment repairs, furniture and fixture repairs and purchases, transport repairs and spare parts, vehicle and generator oils and lubricants, electronic and electrical items, sanitary ware, water filter cartridges, cleaning supplies, crockery, computer equipment, electronic communication articles, tents and tarpaulins, building maintenance and repair works, furniture and beds, IT equipment and software, medicines for the college dispensary, and LPG cylinders. This is a bundled miscellaneous procurement covering twenty distinct categories of expenditure.
Bidders must be well-reputed, financially sound firms with previous relevant experience. All bidders are required to be registered with the Income Tax Department and Sales Tax Department of Pakistan, and must be on the active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bids must be accompanied by bid security equivalent to three percent of the total bid price, submitted digitally through Punjab e-Procurement System using the specified PSID prefix. Successful bidders will be required to deposit a performance guarantee equal to three percent of the total cost of items supplied, also submitted digitally via the e-Procurement portal.
Bidding documents are available for download immediately after tender publication on the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Each bid must comprise a single sealed package containing two separate envelopes for technical and financial proposals. Bids must be uploaded to the e-Procurement System before 11:00 am on 7 August 2026, with technical proposals opened on the same day at 11:30 am at Police College Sihala in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
