Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites electronic bids through single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure for reclamation of irreparable damaged transformers. Two tender lots are being floated: Tender 3190/MM/FESCO/TRW/2026-27 for 50-KVA capacity transformers (approximately 200 units) and Tender 3191/MM/FESCO/2026-27 for 100-KVA capacity transformers (approximately 200 units). The transformers have nil to 100% copper shortage and nil to 20% shortage of core, featuring damaged tanks, bodies, tubes, top covers and base plates, without transformer oil and some other components. These items will be made available on an "as is where is" basis at FESCO Regional Stores in Faisalabad, Jhang, Sargodha and Mianwali for inspection by prospective bidders. Reclamation work must be executed as per WAPDA Specification No. DDS-84-2020 (Amended to date) without amendment to Note 5, using prime material including new oil and new enamelled copper wire, on rates in local currency inclusive of all taxes and duties without foreign exchange element, with free pickup from regional stores and free delivery at respective consignee store.

Original bid security instrument must be submitted physically in the office of the Director (Material Management) FESCO at Old Thermal Plant Abdullahpur Faisalabad before the submission deadline. Notification of GRC constituted under Rule 48 of PPRA Rules 2004 will be provided on EPADS.
