The Sindh Textbook Board in Jamshoro, Sindh invites electronic bids for the high-priority procurement of printing, binding, and supply of Textbooks and Teachers Guides designed for Non-Formal Education Schools. This project is a critical initiative under the School Education and Literacy Department of the Government of Sindh. To be considered, interested firms must demonstrate a minimum of five years of experience specifically in textbook printing and maintain an annual turnover of at least 30 million Rupees over the last three years. Bidders must also provide evidence of available cash balance for thirty days and possess the necessary paper stock at their premises due to the time-sensitive delivery schedule of two weeks. All submissions must be made via the Sindh EPADS portal following a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. A non-refundable tender fee of 5,000 Rupees and a bid security amounting to 5 percent of the total bid value are mandatory. The final deadline for electronic submission is 11:00 AM on 12 May 2026, with technical and financial eligibility requiring a minimum qualifying score of 70 percent.
