The General Engineer (Army) Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders for miscellaneous repair, renovation, dismantling, painting and construction works across various military locations in Punjab under PPRA Rule 13 (1) 2004. The tender encompasses eight separate work packages (a through h), each valued up to 4.600 million rupees, covering internal and external repairs, water supply and gas installations for B&R Artificer and Periodical Services, Decoration Works, and E&M-I and E&M-III Sub Divisions of the General Engineer (Army). All applicants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and provide a copy of their registration certificate; contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible to apply. Firms not on the approved MES list must furnish a certificate detailing works executed during the last two years and those currently in hand on proforma templates provided. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in accordance with Para 33 (i) of PPRA Rules.
