Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Services Company Haripur (WSSCH), a government entity registered under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, is inviting bids for two framework agreements covering annual repair and maintenance services in Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The first contract covers civil works and water distribution system maintenance with a ceiling cost of PKR 15,000,000, while the second covers motor, pump, transformer and voltage stabilizer maintenance also valued at PKR 15,000,000. Both contracts are framework agreements to be executed on a single-stage-one-envelope basis using the Percentage Above/Below procedure through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS).
Bidders must be reputed contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the applicable category, holding valid NTN and KPRA registrations with active filing status on the ATL of FBR and KPRA. A bid security of 2 percent of the quoted amount is mandatory, to be uploaded on EPADS alongside the bid, with original documentation delivered to WSSCH before closing time. Additional bid security may apply per KPPRA Regulation No. XIV 2022 notified on May 10, 2022 or later versions.
Bid documents costing PKR 2,000 are available from WSSCH offices (Ground Floor, Ex-District Council Building, Khalabat Township Road, Haripur) between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on working days, or downloadable from EPADS at kp.eprocure.gov.pk. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 5, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids must be uploaded before 11:30 AM on October 12, 2026 and will be opened the same day at 12:00 Noon.
