Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Pakistan's largest integrated natural gas utility, invites sealed competitive bids for the construction of two high-pressure natural gas pipelines, each 12 inches in diameter and totalling 103.00 kilometres. The pipelines will be laid from Existing V/A D.I. Khan to Existing V/A Manjewal to supply additional gas capacity. The project encompasses construction of two high-pressure natural gas pipeline segments using Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) mode to cross CRBC Canal in District D.I. Khan and Gambella Hullah District in Laki, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. This tender enquiry is issued under reference TENDER ENQUIRY NO. SNGPL/NP&D/HDD/TL/01/26-02 with an estimated scope representing major infrastructure development for the region.
Eligible bidders must be well-regulated companies or joint ventures with demonstrated capability to undertake HDD works, possessing HDD machinery of minimum 300 tonnes capacity and relevant experience executing similar HDD crossings. Bidders should hold appropriate registrations and licenses as required by Pakistan's regulatory framework. The bid must be accompanied by a bid security (performance bond) of Rs. 0.5 Million, valid for 120 days from the tender opening date. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days from the tender opening date, and failure to comply will render the bid ineligible for evaluation.
Tender documents may be downloaded from the Federal PPRA (EPADS) portal until 14 October 2026. Proposals shall be submitted on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis by 1400 hours on 14 October 2026 at EPADS Federal PPRA. Technical proposal envelopes will be opened publicly on 14 October 2026 at 1430 hours, while financial proposals from technically qualified and responsive firms will be opened at a later date as per procedure.
