Description / Scope of Work
SSGC Procurement Department invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Copper Brass Heavy Duty Radiator goods under reference P101932 for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The contract is planned for execution across SSGC operations in Sindh province, with the Procurement Department headquartered in Karachi.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in this procurement process. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee as specified in the bidding documents, or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. Eligible bidders should carefully review the detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and technical requirements contained in the complete bidding documents available on the EPADS portal.
Bidders must submit their electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 09:30 AM. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 10:00 AM using EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 must register through the vendor portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
