IBA Karachi invites electronic bids on EPADS from active taxpayers of manufacture, firm, companies and suppliers registered with SPPRA and relevant tax authorities for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of an 850KVA diesel stand-by generator set. This tender is issued under reference CW/11/26-27 and covers equipment procurement at the IBA Main Campus in Karachi, Sindh. The contract scope includes complete delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of the generator system to operational standards. The estimated project value falls within the range indicated by the tender fee and bid security requirements.
Bidders must be registered as active taxpayers with relevant tax authorities and must be enrolled on the SPPRA EPADS platform. The tender fee is Rs. 5,000, generatable from the IBA website at https://tenders.iba.edu.pk and deposited at any branch of MCB Bank. Bids must be submitted on SPPRA EPADS portal at https://portalsindh.eproc sure.gov.pk between September 21 and October 7, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Mandatory site visit is scheduled for October 1, 2026 at 11:00 AM at IBA Main Campus. Opening of bids will take place on October 7, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
