IBA seeks tablet chairs for campus use via single-stage tender with Rs.
80,000 bid security. Procurement follows SPP Rules 2010 and mandates site inspection. The one-envelope procedure and straightforward specifications suggest a relatively routine procurement; however, bidders must comply with strict dual-submission requirements (EPADS upload plus physical delivery of original documents). Tight timeline from document issuance to closing gives under three weeks for preparation. Scale appears small to medium; no quantity or total value disclosed in notice.
Who can bid: Bidders must be active taxpayers and registered with relevant tax authorities (FBR, provincial tax, or sectoral authority). Manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors and suppliers are eligible. Registration with SECP or relevant industry body is typically required for similar procurements in Pakistan. IBA reserves right to reject bids under SPP Rules 2010.
