Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC), an independent regulatory body established under the PHC Act 2010, invites sealed bids for the printing of PHC branded stationery under a framework contract. The estimated cost is Rs 3,873,500 including all applicable taxes, with a contract scope covering 17 different lots or items of branded stationery supplies. The procuring agency is based in Lahore, Punjab, and operates from its head office at 185 Ahmed Block, New Garden Town. This is a framework contract arrangement allowing flexible ordering of stationery items as needed by PHC over the contract period.
Eligible bidders must be firms, companies or suppliers actively engaged in printing and stationery supply, registered with relevant authorities including SECP or other registration bodies, and compliant with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax requirements. The bid security required is Rs 77,470 (2% of estimated cost) to be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid validity is 120 days from submission date. Bidders are advised to contact the Procurement Department before the closing date to clarify the 17 separate lots and select each independently during online submission.

Bids must be submitted online by 7 October 2026 at 14:00 hours and will be opened the same day at 14:30 hours through the online system.
