Description / Scope of Work
Government College Women University Faisalabad invites electronic tenders from eligible engineering firms and contractors for the repair and renovation of the Science Block at its main campus in Faisalabad, Punjab. The project is estimated at Rs. 80.5 million with an 18-month completion timeline. Tenders are being conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) on an item-rate basis in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules and the Market Rates System (MRS) established by the Government of Punjab Finance Department. The work encompasses comprehensive repair and renovation activities for the Science Block facility located at the main campus.
Eligible bidders must be registered and licensed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current fiscal year in the appropriate category. A bid security of Rs. 4.025 million (equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated cost) must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Conditional tenders or those lacking required bid security will be rejected. Bidders are required to submit complete financial bids with item-wise rates against each line item of the DNIT/BOQ; incomplete or blank entries will render bids non-responsive and ineligible for evaluation.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System before 11:00 AM on 08-10-2026, with opening scheduled for 12:00 PM the same day at the Project Director's office or via video conference in the presence of authorized representatives.
