Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Kallar Kahar invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the construction of a nullah at the graveyard in Mohallah Ghousia and street works from Bismillah General Store to Masjid Gulzar-e-Madina in Kallar Kahar, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs 23,28,249 (approximately). This is a single-stage, single-envelope procurement conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Engineering firms and contractors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for the financial year 2026-27 with valid PEC licenses are eligible to participate.
All intending bidders must possess a valid renewed PEC License for the financial year 2026-27 and submit bid security equal to 5 percent of the estimated cost through digital online payment via the Punjab e-Procurement System (linked with BOP) in favour of the Chief Officer Municipal Committee Kallar Kahar. Physical bid securities including CDR, pay orders and demand drafts are not acceptable. If the lowest bidder's rates are equal to or less than 5 percent of the estimated cost, an additional 10 percent performance security of the contract amount must be deposited from any schedule bank through electronic system within 15 days of letter of acceptance.
Bidding documents are available free of cost at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/. E-bids must be submitted through the e-Procurement System by 1:30 PM PST on 05-10-2026 and will be opened at 2:00 PM PST the same day at the office of the Municipal Committee Kallar Kahar. Quotations must be itemised and clearly readable; incomplete, ambiguous or unfilled bids will be rejected. All bid documents and performance guarantees must be submitted digitally only; no manual or physical submissions are permitted.
