Description / Scope of Work
District Council Bahawalnagar invites electronic bids for the rehabilitation, reconstruction and widening of a 5.40 kilometre road network extending from Arif Wala Road to Bypass Multani Chowk via Basti Hafizabad, Basti Jatowala and Link Chishtian Chungi Road, along with Khalid Maqbool Park Road in Tehsil and District Bahawalnagar, Punjab. The project excludes tuff tiles and road work and is to be executed through District Joint Authority. The total estimated cost is Rs. 28.665 million. This is a significant infrastructure development project aimed at improving connectivity and transportation facilities across multiple localities within Bahawalnagar district.
Bidders must be firms or companies registered with relevant authorities including PEC license, Income Tax, and Sales Tax departments. Contractors are required to deposit 5% bid security of the estimated cost, equivalent to Rs. 1,433,250, through the Punjab e-Procurement System in compliance with PPRA Rule-27. No physical Call Deposit Receipt will be accepted; only electronic submission via the e-Procurement System is valid. The bidding process follows single stage two envelope procedures as mandated by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority.
Complete electronic bids must be submitted online via the e-Procurement System (EPADS) portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk on or before 09-10-2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bid opening scheduled for 01:00 PM the same day at DC Office Road, Bahawalnagar.
