Description / Scope of Work
The Aquaculture and Fisheries Department, Government of the Punjab, through its Project Implementation Unit (PIU) in Lahore, invites pre-qualification applications from firms, companies, and sole proprietors for supply of machinery and equipment laboratory items required for the establishment of Aquaculture Malls across Punjab. The procurement number is PD(PIUAMP)PIU-06/2026-27. This pre-qualification exercise is the first stage of a competitive procurement process to identify and shortlist eligible suppliers capable of meeting the technical and financial requirements for supplying specialized laboratory equipment and machinery to support aquaculture research and training facilities being established under the Aquaculture Malls Punjab initiative.
Eligible applicants must be registered with relevant Pakistani regulatory authorities such as SECP (for companies) or hold valid NTN and GST registration. Applicants should demonstrate minimum annual turnover, relevant experience in supplying similar equipment, technical and financial capacity to execute the supply contract, and absence of litigation or integrity issues. Partnerships and joint ventures are permitted subject to meeting combined qualification thresholds. All applicants must submit supporting documentary evidence including audited financial statements, bank certificates, equipment capability statements, and references from previous clients.
