Description / Scope of Work
Pak-Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology (PAF-IAST), located in Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of equipment for the Robotics Laboratory of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. The tender is being conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) in accordance with KPPRA Rule 6(2)b under a Single Stage, two Envelope Procedure. Bidders must be registered and duly recognized in Pakistan with valid FBR registration, holding either Manufacturer status or Distributor/Dealer status with specific authorization from the Manufacturer or Principal for this tender. Bidders must demonstrate sufficient financial, technical and human resources to complete the assignment within the prescribed timeframe. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of 2 percent of the bid value in the form of a Crossing Demand Draft (CDR) must be submitted to the Procurement Office at PAF-IAST, Khanpur Road, Mang Haripur, along with a tender fee of Rs. 1,000, before the online submission deadline; failure to do so will result in bid rejection.

Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before Tuesday 13 October 2026 at 12:00 PM; manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bid opening will take place on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of the Procurement Committee and participating bidders.
