Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Pakpattan in Pakpattan, Punjab invites electronic bids for seventeen diverse infrastructure and beautification projects within the municipality. The extensive scope of work includes the uplifting of the bazaar in front of the Shrine of Hazrat Baba Farid-Ud-Din Masood Gunj-e-Shakar, the establishment of parks, rehabilitation of green belts on Sahiwal Road, and the renovation of the Municipal Committee office including a new parking stand. Significant portions of the project involve providing and laying tuff tiles across numerous streets and colonies such as Mohallah Jamil Colony, Ismail Abad, and Hassan Pura. This procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the E-Procurement Regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for 2025-26 and relevant tax authorities. A fixed bid security in the form of a CDR is required for each scheme, with the highest value project estimated at 14 million Rupees. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded separately via the E-Pad System no later than 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026.
