Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for providing services for repair work including painting and graphic replacement of lube racks at Retail Outlets (NVROs) in the Karachi Division of Sindh province. The scope encompasses repair of steel lube racks including fixing broken windows and locks, structural repairs to close holes and cracks, application of fresh 2K paint with surface preparation and cleaning in accordance with PSO scheme standards, replacement of damaged windows and glass, replacement of damaged hinges and locks, removal and replacement of new design lube rack graphics using authorized 3M or Avery materials per PSO standards, replacement of graphic side wall header talkers, and replacement of MS sheet shelves and displays as required. The work involves 450 individual lube racks and area repairs at PSO House location. All quoted rates must be inclusive of materials, labour, transportation of lube racks to workshop and back to outlet, and all government taxes.
Contractors must be authorized converters of 3M or Avery vendor for graphic work. Bidders are required to demonstrate compliance with PSO safety, security and quality standards, with emphasis on first-class approved quality material and workmanship. The contractor must provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) to workers, follow all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements, and ensure proper risk assessment and mitigation. Payment of invoices is conditional upon acceptance of completed work. The contractor bears full responsibility for any accidents or property damage during execution and must maintain all tools and equipment to HSE compliance standards.
