Description / Scope of Work
The Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC), a federal government entity, is inviting prequalification applications from national consultancy service providers for the implementation of cloud-based Odoo enterprise resource planning system. This is an open framework agreement procurement with reference number FFW10060, funded from Non-ADP budget allocations. The framework agreement will enable on-demand supply of implementation, configuration, and integration services for cloud-based Odoo across OEC's operations in Islamabad and related locations during the 36-month contract period. The scope encompasses system design, customization, data migration, staff training, and post-implementation support to streamline OEC's business processes and administrative functions.
Eligibility is restricted to National Applicants who meet specified qualification criteria detailed in the prequalification documents. Interested bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in enterprise software implementation, possess necessary technical certifications, and provide evidence of financial capacity and past project completion. Bidders are required to submit comprehensive documentation including past experience records, current contract status, financial capacity evaluation forms, and average annual turnover statements through the EPADS v2.0 portal.
