Description / Scope of Work
The Economic Transformation Initiative Gilgit-Baltistan (ETI-GB) under the Planning and Development Department of the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed bids from authorized distributors, dealers, and partners for the procurement of licensed software MS Office 365 Business Standard. The project is financed by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS). Detailed specifications and quantities are outlined in the bidding documents. This procurement is part of the broader Economic Transformation Initiative aimed at advancing development in the Gilgit-Baltistan region.
Interested authorized distributors, dealers, and partners must obtain the bidding documents and Request for Quotation (RFQ) free of cost from the Procurement Officer at the ETI-GB office within working days from the advertisement publication on newspapers, GBPPRA, and ETI websites during office hours 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Online bidding documents will be emailed upon request to procurement@etigb.com.pk. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of minimum 3 percent (refundable) of the bid price in the form of a Bank Draft issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Programme Coordination Unit Gilgit. Incorrect payee names will result in automatic rejection.
Bids must be delivered to the undersigned by 11:30 am on or before October 07, 2026. Quotations will be opened publicly on October 07, 2026, at 12:00 hours noon in the committee room of ETI-GB office in Gilgit in the presence of firms or their authorized representatives. Selection will be made in accordance with the RFQ set out in GBPPRA/IFAD's Project Procurement Handbook.
