Description / Scope of Work
The Regional Tax Office-II (Inland Revenue) at Karachi invites sealed bids for the supply of various individual items and provision of janitorial and maintenance services to the office located at Tax House-II, Plot No. FL.16/17, Block-15, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, Sindh. The tender encompasses supply of items listed in Annexures A through E and L, along with services covered in Annexures F, G, H, I, J, K, M, and N. All items are to be delivered at the Regional Tax Office-II premises on the fourth floor, Tax House-II. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani currency inclusive of all applicable taxes including Sales Tax, Income Tax, and SRB duties. The quoted price shall remain valid for one year from the tender opening date. All items must be supplied with samples that demonstrate supply capability and meet the specified nomenclature and technical specifications outlined in the tender annexures.
Bidders must furnish a Bank Draft or Pay Order equivalent to five percent of the total bid value as Earnest Money in favor of the Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue Regional Tax Office-II, Karachi. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and must not be blacklisted by any government department. Copies of Income Tax registration, Sales Tax certificate, Sindh Revenue Board Certificate, FOBIS Certificate, SESSI Certificate, and the National Identity Card of the proprietor are mandatory. Bidders must also submit company profile, copies of all relevant contracts, Digital Invoicing Integration Certificate, a supply schedule showing delivery completion timeline, product brochures, written warranties and after-sales service details, and an affidavit confirming non-blacklisting status.
Bids must be delivered to the office of the Director/DDO at Regional Tax Office-II, Tax House-II, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, on or before the closing deadline of 11:00 A.M. on 13 October 2026. The Procurement/Services Committee will open all bids received by the deadline at the ground floor of Tax House-II in the presence of attending bidder representatives at 11:30 A.M. on the same date. Clarifications regarding tender specifications and terms may be sought from the Procurement/Services Committee, Room No. 417, fourth floor, during office hours at telephone 99249506. The Committee reserves the right to reject any bid wholly or partly and to inspect or test delivered items for conformity with specifications.
