Description / Scope of Work
The Regional Tax Office-II (Inland Revenue) in Karachi, Sindh, invites sealed bids for the supply of various individual items and the provision of janitorial and maintenance services for the office premises. The tender covers items listed in Annexures A, B, C, D, E, L and services listed in Annexures F, G, H, I, J, K, M, N. Delivery of all items must be completed at the Regional Tax Office-II, situated at the 4th Floor, Tax House-II, Plot No. FL.16/17, Block-15, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi. Bidders must quote unit prices in Pakistani currency inclusive of all applicable taxes including Sales Tax, Income Tax and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) charges. Delivery charges covering handling, loading, transportation, unloading and installation must be borne by the bidder or supplier.
Bidders must submit an earnest money deposit in the form of a bank draft or pay order equivalent to 5 percent of the total bid value, made payable to the Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue Regional Tax Office-II Karachi. All bids must be accompanied by technical advice in a separate envelope, duly filled bidding form (Annexure-O) stamped and signed by the bidder or authorized representative, and sample goods to be supplied. The quoted prices shall remain valid for one year from the opening date of the tender. Bids not conforming to the specified requirements will be rejected without any right of appeal.
Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes marked "Confidential" to the office of the undersigned at Regional Tax Office-II, 4th Floor, Tax House-II, Plot No. FL.16/17, Block-15, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, before the prescribed deadline of 11:00 A.M on 13-10-2026. The Procurement/Services Committee will open all bids received within the time limit in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
