Description / Scope of Work
Govt. College of Technology (Women), Sahiwal invites encrypted electronic bids under a single stage one envelope national competitive bidding procedure for the procurement of training material for three academic programs: Computer Information Technology, Office Management, and Beautician. The estimated contract value is Rs. 5,18,396 and the procurement is to be executed in Sahiwal, Punjab. Only active tax bidders registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with Income Tax and Sales Tax registration from the Tax Department are eligible to participate in this competitive tender.
Bidders must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and must maintain valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates throughout the bid period. A bid security of Rs. 25,920 is required, which must be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee, Certified Demand Receipt (CDR), Bankers Cheque, Pay Order, or Demand Draft in favor of the Principal, Govt. College of Technology (Women) Sahiwal. The original bid security must be physically delivered before 11:00 AM on the bid opening date, and a scanned copy must be uploaded to the Punjab e-Procurement System portal.
Bidding documents are available for free download from the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Encrypted electronic bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal by 01:00 PM on 14-10-2026. Bids will be opened publicly at 01:30 PM on the same date.
