Description / Scope of Work
Comsats University Islamabad (Sahiwal Campus) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of dry batteries required by the Transport Department at its Sahiwal campus. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) methodology in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The university has reserved funds to cover eligible payments under this contract, and bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. E-bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM.
