Description / Scope of Work
The National Bank of Pakistan in Swat, KPK invites electronic bids through the EPADS system for the structural conversion of an ordinary safe room into a Reinforced Cement Concrete strong room at the NBP Matta Branch. This specialized construction project requires a completion period of forty five days and is being conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procurement procedure in accordance with PPRA Rule 36a. Eligible bidders must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 and EE-04. Furthermore, applicants must demonstrate successful completion of at least three similar banking or institutional projects valued up to 25 million Rupees within the last three years. A bid security of 40,000 Rupees is required, and the original instrument must be delivered to the Islamabad engineering wing before the closing time. The final deadline for electronic submission via the EPADS portal is 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the technical and financial opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
