Description / Scope of Work
The International Islamic University, Islamabad Campus (IIUI) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of laboratory equipment for the Department of Biological Sciences under reference P127006. The procurement is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-Two Envelope process with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The tender is open to all eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0, with detailed specifications and requirements available on the EPADS portal.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must ensure compliance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and any applicable regulations issued by the procurement authority.
