Description / Scope of Work
The C&W Building Division Tribal District Bajaur, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for the establishment and construction of a GPS Johar Tehsil Barang facility in District Bajaur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This single-stage single-envelope tender is issued under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to 29 October 2025) and pertains to a construction project requiring PEC Category C5 or above qualification. The work shall be completed as per the issued work order, with the project scope covering the complete establishment and construction of the GPS facility in the designated location within Bajaur district.
Eligible contractors must hold valid PEC Category C5 or higher registration. The bid security amount is Rs. 14,090 (equivalent to 0.03% of the tender fee in cash), and a tender fee of Rs. 978,960 must be submitted with the technical proposal. Original copies of the call deposit for bid security and tender fee (non-refundable) are required to be enclosed in the technical proposal and must reach the office before the closing date and time. Performance security or bank guarantee equal to 10% of the contract price must be furnished within 28 days of receiving the letter of acceptance.
Bid solicitation documents and instructions to bidders are available for download from the EAPDS website (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) or may be obtained from the office on any working day at a cost of Rs. 3,000 as per KPPRA rule 33(5). Electronic bids must be submitted by 12:30 PM on 15 October 2026, with financial bids to be opened on the same date. The venue for bid opening is the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division Bajaur. In case of a tie between bidders, the winner will be decided based on toss in the presence of all bidders.
