Description / Scope of Work
The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Peshawar (BISE Peshawar) invites bids through the E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of examination stationery including answer books and certificates under a framework contract. This tender, referenced as 04-2026-ES, is open to eligible bidders duly registered with relevant tax authorities and the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and listed on the Active Taxpayers List. The procurement will be conducted in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, using a single stage two envelopes procedure.
Bidders must be duly registered on the EPADS system to participate. All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS with complete supporting documentation as per the Bid Solicitation Documents. Original bid security as mentioned in the BSDs must be submitted separately in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender number and title, and must reach the office of the undersigned on or before the bid submission deadline. Failure to submit bid security within the prescribed time will render the bidder non-responsive and may result in debarment in accordance with KPPRA Rules. Bid security or its copy should not be attached in technical bids.
Bid Solicitation Documents are available for download from the EPADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/ under the Active Tenders section, as well as on the official website of BISE Peshawar at www.bisep.edu.pk and the KPPRA website at www.kppra.gov.pk. Technical bids will be opened on 09 October 2026 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives in the committee room of BISE Peshawar. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened at a time, date and venue to be communicated following the announcement of technical evaluation results.
