Description / Scope of Work
The Government of the Punjab, Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority, invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM) for the procurement of training material for DAE Mechanical Technology programmes at Govt. College of Technology (Boys), Gujranwala. The tender is being floated under single stage one envelope procedure with an estimated tender value of PKR 947,578 and a bid security requirement of PKR 47,379. The scope encompasses supply, installation and commissioning of all training materials required for the DAE Mechanical Technology short courses for the academic year 2026-27, with all works to be completed and installed at the college campus located near Nighar Chowk opposite NADRA Office on G.T Road, Gujranwala.
Eligible bidders must be registered as active taxpayers for income tax (NTN) and sales tax (GST) with the Government of Pakistan, with attested copies of both registrations to be submitted at the time of bid submission. Bids must be prepared in accordance with instructions in the bidding documents and submitted exclusively through the e-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM. A bid security of PKR 47,379 must be attached and uploaded at the time of submission favouring the title Principal, Govt. College of Technology (Boys), Gujranwala. All prevailing government taxes, transportation charges and installation costs must be quoted as part of the bid amount and are the responsibility of the successful bidder.
Tender documents are available on the PPRA Punjab website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the e-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted through e-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM only by 09-10-2026 at 10:00 hours; bids submitted by any other means will not be entertained. The e-bid opening shall take place on 09-10-2026 at 11:00 AM.
