Description / Scope of Work
Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of one 132KV Circuit Breaker under project reference STG-01-2026-27, with reference number P130036. The organisation has reserved funds under the FY 2026-27 budget for this equipment procurement, which will be procured and delivered in Quetta, Balochistan. This is a goods procurement conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique, in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
