Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), Islamabad invites electronic bids through EPADS 2.0 for procurement of stationery, computer stationery, general order/miscellaneous goods and uniform items through a Closed Framework Agreement valid for one year from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. The tender encompasses four separate lots: Lot-1 (Stationery), Lot-2 (Computer Stationery), Lot-3 (General Order/Miscellaneous Goods) and Lot-4 (Uniform Items), each with a bid security of Rs. 50,000. This procurement is undertaken in Islamabad by the federal customs authority for operational requirements on an as-when-required basis against Call-Off/Purchase Orders, with no guarantee of minimum order quantity during the contract period.
Eligible bidders must hold valid NTN and STRN/GST registration as applicable, meet all qualification criteria specified in the bidding documents, and must not be blacklisted or debarred by any procuring agency or PPRA. Bids must be submitted by 12:00 PM on 12 October 2026 with electronic opening at 12:30 PM the same day at the Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), 4th Floor, Custom House, Islamabad. Delivery is required within 15 days of issuance of each Call-Off/Purchase Order unless otherwise specified. Quoted prices must remain valid and fixed for the entire framework agreement period, inclusive of all duties, taxes, transportation and delivery costs to Custom House, Islamabad, unless price adjustment is expressly permitted under the bidding documents in line with Rule 16B of the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
