Description / Scope of Work
The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited in Gujranwala, Punjab invites sealed bids for the provision of various vehicles on a daily rental basis to support its regional operations. The scope of work involves providing approximately 42 vans, such as Suzuki Bolan, Faw XPV, or Changan Karavan, with engine capacities up to 1000cc and a model age not exceeding fifteen years. Additionally, the company requires 4x4 jeeps or suitable alternative vehicles in excellent mechanical condition. These vehicles will be utilized for official activities including gas leakage complaint resolution, meter installments, emergency maintenance, and staff transportation across various regional offices. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers listed with the FBR and possess valid professional tax certificates and relevant provincial revenue authority registrations. Contractors are responsible for vehicle maintenance, insurance, and providing qualified drivers with valid LTV or HTV licenses. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal by the specified deadline in May 2026.
