The Capital Development Authority in Islamabad, Federal Government invites electronic applications for the pre-qualification of national engineering firms and contractors for a major infrastructure project. The scope involves the widening and rehabilitation of the Islamabad Expressway Service Road (East) stretching nine kilometers from Faizabad to Gulberg. Applicants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-A with no limit, specifically holding project codes CE-01, CE-02, CE-09, CE-10, and EE-11 for the 2025-26 period. This pre-qualification process is conducted through the EPADS portal, and manual submissions are strictly prohibited. Only shortlisted and pre-qualified firms will be invited to participate in the subsequent bidding phase. Detailed electronic pre-qualification documents are available on the EPADS and PPRA websites, outlining the comprehensive terms and conditions. Interested parties must ensure their electronic proposals are submitted via the EPADS system no later than 11:30 AM on 14 May 2026, with the public opening of proposals scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same day.
