The Communication and Works Department in Kurram, KPK invites sealed electronic bids for the improvement, rehabilitation, and construction of the Gram Bridge Kirman in District Kurram. This significant infrastructure project is part of a broader provincial initiative for road and bridge development within the region. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-3 or above for the year 2025-26 and must be active taxpayers registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. The procurement process follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure conducted through the EPADS system. The estimated cost for this project is 245.12 million Rupees, requiring a bid security of 4,903,000 Rupees. Detailed bid solicitation documents are available on the C&W and KPPRA websites. Technical proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 12:00 PM on 19 May 2026, with the opening of technical bids scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same day. Financial bids will be opened subsequently for technically qualified firms.
