Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony is issuing an open framework agreement for the on-demand supply of machinery, hardware, software, IT equipment, furniture fixtures, building repair services, and fire safety equipment across Federal Pakistan. The framework agreement reference number is FFW9751 and is funded through Non-ADP sources. The agreement will operate for a period of 36 months and is designed to provide flexible procurement of essential office and operational equipment through subsequent call-off contracts during the framework period. The scope covers a wide range of goods and services essential for ministry operations across all locations in the Federal region.
The prequalification process is open to all national applicants who meet the eligibility requirements specified in the prequalification documents. Interested suppliers must demonstrate their capacity to supply the required categories of goods and services. The prequalification aims to establish a list of qualified bidders who will be invited to participate in subsequent competitive bidding rounds for specific call-off contracts under this framework arrangement.
Prequalified applicants will receive invitations to bid issued on Thursday, September 24, 2026, and the framework agreement is expected to be signed with successful bidders on Friday, September 25, 2026.
