Accelerate Prosperity Pakistan invites sealed quotations from eligible suppliers for the procurement of laptops featuring Intel Core Ultra 7 155U processors or equivalent, 16GB DDR5-5600MHz RAM, 512GB M.2 SSD storage, 14-inch WUXGA displays with integrated graphics, and backlit keyboards in silver color. The Request for Quotation (RFQ/KFW/AP/2025/000038) is issued under the Start-up Pakistan project financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW). Delivery is required on a DAP basis to the AP Office in Islamabad, Federal.
Eligible suppliers must provide a valid company profile, SECP registration certificate, and NTN certificate where applicable. All offers must include product images, brand names, technical brochures, and detailed specifications. Quotations must remain valid for a minimum of 90 days and be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes and delivery charges. Accelerate Prosperity reserves the right to reject and return the entire consignment if products are found to be substandard or counterfeit.
Interested suppliers should submit sealed quotations on company letterhead with authorized signatures and official stamps, incorporating all relevant terms, conditions, and other particulars. The financial proposal may use the provided format template. Clarifications regarding this RFQ may be sought from the Procurement Unit via email at procurement_appk@akdn.org no later than 29 September 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.
