Description / Scope of Work
Jinnah Medical Construction Company-JMC invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of filing cabinets for storage of office files and records under reference PROC-03/CABINETS/JMC/2026-27, with project reference P94372. The procurement is planned for financial year 2026-27 and is being conducted on a national basis using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/94372. All interested bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration as specified in the bidding documents, with Bid Security noted as Not Applicable. Eligible bidders should ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the procurement notice and submit complete documentation as required. The procurement follows standard government contracting procedures including Integrity Pact and Performance Guarantee requirements detailed in the bidding documents.
Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the e-Bidding Documents instructions must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened using the ePADS v2.0 platform.
