Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer Highway Division Thatta in Thatta, Sindh invites sealed e-bids for various Special Maintenance and Repair works across multiple road schemes through the EPADS portal. The projects include rehabilitation and repair of M.A.R. roads connecting areas such as Hanif, Hussain, Brohi, and Palari, as well as works from Jheruck-Nalalan road to RHC and segments of the Mahmoodabad road. The total estimated costs for these individual work orders range from approximately 5.8 million to over 14 million Rupees. Interested contractors and firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories such as C-6, C-4, CE-01, and CE-10. Each bid requires a five percent security deposit in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt and a non-refundable tender fee of 3,000 Rupees. Bidders must comply with SPPRA procurement conditions and ensure all submissions are completed through the e-Procurement and Disposal System. The completion period for these infrastructure improvements is set at three to nine months depending on the specific work order.
