COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus invites sealed bids for the procurement of 100 litres of liquid helium at 99.999% purity for use in nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) equipment at its Abbottabad campus in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The procurement is funded under the FY 2026-27 budget allocation and is being conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) following single-stage, one-envelope bidding methodology using least cost based selection technique in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
